Chef Rafael Marero joined the Bill Hansen Catering team as Corporate Executive Chef taking command of our outstanding culinary team.
A Miami native of Cuban heritage, Chef Rafael has prepared gourmet dishes for U. S. Presidents, Senators and the Dalai Lama. His menus range from cutting edge to traditional, as he uses seasonal, fresh and locally grown products to prepare the most innovative and delicious dishes. He loves the challenge of creating custom menus for each event and helping our corporate and bridal clients make their culinary dreams come true.
Passionate about food and traveling, Chef Rafael enjoys eating at all types of restaurants and learning the hot and new trends of the culinary world. The kitchen team, along with our operations and sales team loves working with him, and this love shows up in every dish that comes from our kitchens.
