At The Bath Club, Bill Hansen Catering served a five-course meal with wine pairings for each course. Dinner guests were greeted at their seats by their very own origami bird, andthey dined underneath a “living gazebo” (by Alore).
Bill Hansen Catering teamed up with 2 R Productions and turned an ordinary event tent in the middle of The Wynwood Art Gallery into an Asian paradise, for Art Basel 2013. Guests enjoyed a Thai-inspired menu, which included Tamarind Duck Pancakes, Sweet Spare Ribs, and Thai Fried Bananas. Specialty cocktails were served in the bamboo pond garden as party-goers browsed through the featured art exhibits.
