Bill Hansen and team wishes you a blessed holiday season. We have been so thankful this year to have such a hard working team serving such wonderful people. We only want the best for you and your guests.
Have A Happy Holiday And A Happy New Year!
His House Goes To Hollywood
At the end of this fall’s school semester, Bill’s FIU Hospitality students planned, organized, and produced a Hollywood themed fundraiser that brought in more than $20,000. Those who came out to support it enjoyed cuisines and special dishes from throughout South Florida. It was an amazing night of dinner, dancing, and then desserts, all in the name of a good cause: His House Chidren’s Home and The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
His House is an organization dedicated to restoring the joy in the lives of children from newborn to 18 years of age, and those who have transitioned out of the foster care system. They provide residential care for abused, neglected and drug-exposed children in a home-like setting.
If you wish to show your support and donate, please email Bill (Bill@BillHansenCatering.com), and he’ll let you know what to do. Thanks!!
This Thanksgiving, we served our largest guest count for an event this year. The Dezer Collection opened it’s doors to us and more than 700 hungry holiday guests.
Utilizing the James Bond museum, the Batman wing, the 50’s Diner, and one of the main halls, guests broke bread with friends and family, alike, and enjoyed a true family feast.
The United States Olympic Committee, Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez, and their guests dined under the stars at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in late November. To keep up with America’s Olympic spirit, Bill set up five different delicious food stations, color-coordinated to the different Olympic rings, which featured food from various regions of the world. All went well, compliments of Bill Hansen’s gold medal service!
