Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Danny Nieves is no stranger to the hospital industry. Having worked in the field with various restaurants before, he first got his start with Bill Hansen Catering in 2005 as a server at events. It wasn’t long before he eventually branched off to help with one of Bill’s other ventures, The Loggerhead Café in Dania Beach. After taking a few years out of the industry to work as an Internet Sales Manager for Volkswagen, Danny returned to Bill Hansen Catering to help with the logistics of the company as the Warehouse Manager. Now as one of our Event Managers, Danny supervises our servers throughout the setup, execution and break down of events.
