Anthony first met Bill Hansen at Florida International University, where he took Bill’s Catering Management Course. Anthony aced his class and soon after started working as a server for Bill. After two years of hard work, Anthony was promoted to Event Manager. He is also responsible for ensuring that all of our events have the required equipment to successfully execute them.
When he is not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his two sons, Dominick and Dexter, and has been a lifelong fan of the Detroit Lions.
